Perfect Partytime are a team of professional performers who love making dreams come true. We are committed to providing a magical experience for children (and big children too) through live song, storytelling, dance, games & more.  Our parties & events are very interactive similar to that of a theatrical performance, guaranteed fun for all.

 

What Locations do you cover?

Perfect Partytime entertain across the UK.  Our main areas are listed below however we have performers located in a variety of places so please do not hesitate to ask if we can get to you.

We attend parties within a 20 mile radius of our nearest performer, a surcharge of 40p per mile will be added if it is outside of this area (this will be discussed & confirmed on booking).

 

Any bookings within the M25 incur a £25 surcharge to each package

 

Our party packages are based on a maximum number of 25 children, however if you are expecting more children we require you add another character to the booking.

 

Additional characters can attend your party for an extra fee

30 minute party  -  £45 per extra Character         1 hour party   -  £60 per extra Character

1.5 hour party  -  £70 per extra Character              2 hour party   -  £80 per extra Character

 

Terms

 

- Deposits are non-refundable and must be paid in full within 5 working days from receipt of your booking form.

 

- Your booking is not confirmed until both the booking form and deposit have been received.

 

- We reserve the right to change the allocated entertainer for your party. All of our entertainers are professionally trained, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any one particular performer.

 

- We reserve the right to alter the format of our parties, i.e. games, equipment etc.

 

- If you change the venue/location of your party after your booking has been confirmed, please inform us at the earliest opportunity. We will try to accommodate the change, however reserve the right to withdraw your entertainer. This may result in the loss of your deposit.

 

- We cover postcodes within an approximate 20 mile radius of our nearest performer. We have performers located in various locations all over the UK, a surcharge of 40p per mile will be added if it is outside of this area (this will be discussed & confirmed on booking).

 

- We are not in any way affiliated with the Walt Disney Company, or any of its partners.  Our characters are based on fairytale & folklore stories and any similarities are purely coincidental.  If you require a licensed character please contact the license holder.
